Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Karl Fultz (DJ PACC MANN) was shaped by the musical Mecca; TECHNO MUSIC. TECHNO MUSIC, was instrumental in developing his MUSICAL STYLE and his PASSION for that genre of music. Karl realized at the age of twelve that he wanted to be the most talented and successful DJ in the world as he began his journey; mastering the Wheels-of-Steel.

DJ PACC MANN made a name for himself in Detroit. He is a force to be reckoned with. He became a DJ Master, a music writer, artist, producer and launched his own music labels; D-Invasion Records and later

KFM RECORDS.
